Our rates for creating and managing content on your site are tailored to suit your needs and budget. If you have an existing site, or have created your own text based on your unique product knowledge, we can advise you on the most cost-effective options to turn this into a professionally presented site.
Each client and project is treated as a unique case, so please do contact us to see how we can provide you with reduced cost options. Sizeable discounts for mass content and links can reduce the cost by up-to 30 per cent. For example, a mass travel content project can cost as little as £6/€9/$12 per page.
Data services and administration are also tailored to provide you with value for money. As a basic guide, our services are quoted as follows:
Content
Single pages of generic travel guides: £10/€15/$19 per 300 words (minimum)
Single pages of researched technical info: £15/€22/$28 per 300 words (minimum)
Copy written site text: £10/€15/$19 per 200 words
Editing and proof reading existing copy: £4/€6/$7.50 per 300 words
Proof reading existing copy: £3/€4.50/$6 per 300 words
Note! 300 words is considered the ideal page length for websites, longer text can be charged on a diminishing sliding scale (pro rata).
Volume discounts
These are calculated according to quantity and reduced research time, where an order of 150-plus pages a month can qualify for a discount of up to 20 per cent.

This includes backend administration, basic customer services (by native English speakers who are familiar with US and European business environments) and validation tasks (directories).

Individual quotes per client's request.
For example, a simple 10-page brochure site with content and images might cost about: £300/€450/£600
Terms of payment: 50 per cent deposit; balance payable within 30 days of full delivery and sign off. Payment can be made by deposit into an international bank account (IOM), UK bank or Paypal.
